About (Summary)

I am currently a senior at Choctaw County High School and will be graduating May 18, 2018. I hope to attend Itawamba Community College or East Mississippi Community College next year. I plan to major in Veterinary Technology at Mississippi State University and become a Zoo Vet Tech. After becoming a certified Vet Tech I plan to specialize in Behavior. I have always had a great interest in wildlife and hope to one day work with all wildlife. I have been volunteering at my local animal shelter for four years now. I have also been an Officer In FFA for three years. I held the position of: Student Adviser, Treasurer, and this year President. I competed in Veterinary Medicine and Vet Science in HOSA and FFA. I hope to encourage other students in volunteering and competing in extracurricular activities.

After I graduate from Choctaw County High School I want to attend a Junior College and then attend Mississippi State University. At Mississippi State I will attend the Veterinary Technology Program and earn my Bachelors Degree. From there I will become a Certified Veterinary Technician and specialize in Behavior. I hope to work in a popular Zoo or National Park.

Hobbies

I enjoy working outdoors in all types of weather and working/ handling different types of animals. Riding horses, fishing and hunting are my favorite hobbies. I love helping others and caring for animals in their time of need. I take time from my day to help a friend with anything they need.
