Kimberly Scott-Dorsey is the President of Entrepreneur, a consulting firm that helps organizations, businesses, and community leaders achieve positive outcomes through high-quality services. With over 37 years of experience in entrepreneurship, Kimberly has founded and owned multiple successful companies, including Starlight Enterprise Academies Inc., a learning center that empowers children and families. Kimberly is a master's degree candidate in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Adler University, where she is learning how to apply psychological principles and research to improve workplace performance, culture, and well-being. She is also a keynote speaker, a marketing strategist, and a board member of the Davidson Yell and Tell Foundation Inc. and the Milwaukee Mental Health Task Force Steering Committee. Kimberly is passionate about multicultural diversity and inclusion, innovative cultural competence, and mental health awareness, and she uses her skills and expertise to impact her field and community positively.
