About (Summary)

I am a Master's student in the Clinical Mental Health Counseling Program here at Lindenwood University. I received my Bachelors in Psychology at UMSL in 2018, and anticipate to graduate with my Masters in 2024. I work at Compass Health providing community based and psychiatric rehabilitation services to my case load. I am passionate about mental health and have first-hand experienced the benefits of prioritizing mental health and working towards treatment goals. I believe everybody is capable of a life of wellness, whatever that may mean to that person. It is an honor serving as a bachelor level clinician to provide mental health services, but I am thrilled to be continuing my education so I can advance the services I am able to provide.
