About (Summary)
I am currently a sophomore at the University of Wisconsin- Platteville pursuing a degree in horticulture. I grew up on farm helping my dad with basic everyday duties and fell in love with agriculture. I started working with him at a young age and as I got older and stronger, I began to help my uncle in his landscaping business. I instantly fell in love with the idea of having my own greenhouse and caring for plants. As I learned more about the landscaping business, I realized I was more interested in caring for the plants than creating layouts. This is when I found greenhouse management in horticulture. I traveled to many greenhouses and spent hours studying the plants, learning ways to fix them, preserve them and grow new ones.

Hobbies
One hobby I have had for as long as I can remember is being active and working out. I have been an athlete since the age of five and recently had to stop playing because of an injury. I still workout on my own to fill this void in my life and this is a place I am able to clear my head and focus solely on myself. I also enjoy going to greenhouses and studying new plants. This has always felt calming to me because I can dive into learning about things that interest me and focus on my future. My last main hobby is hiking and being outdoors. Nature amazes me with the things it can produce and how beautiful it is. Hiking goes back to my hobby of working out, so combining two hobbies of working out and being outdoors excites me.
