About (Summary)

I am currently working on my Master's Degree in Special Education Specializing in Autism. I am currently working for Goose Creek CISD as a Special Education Homebound Teacher, and absolutely love the children and families that I get to work with on a daily basis. My students are medically homebound for various reasons, and therefore they can not attend school. Before this position I was a Pre-kindergarten teacher at a Houston Charter school, and prior to that I worked with Special Education Department in Pasadena ISD working with students in the Adaptive Behavior program. I found that my heart and soul belong to special education and the exceptional students that are apart of it. I am furthering my education so that I can help pave a better future for our students that are our future.
