Phi Theta Kappa Controversy and Legal Issues: [Taken Down Due to Legal Demand]

Jun 04,2024

This webpage has been removed in response to a legal demand from Phi Theta Kappa (PTK).

In their communication, PTK stated:

"PTK demands that these articles be removed entirely and immediately."

We are publishing this notice in the interest of transparency and public awareness. The article in question raised concerns related to PTK’s internal operations. PTK chose to pursue legal pressure to suppress the content.

This takedown demand is not an isolated act. It is part of a larger pattern that includes:

  1. Subpoenas sent to over a dozen former PTK employees, many of whom may have concerns about misconduct or financial concerns;

  2. Strict confidentiality agreements imposed on current employees, limiting their ability to speak freely;

  3. And a broader chilling effect on whistleblowing, investigative reporting, and public accountability.

Archived Versions May Still Exist

Despite this removal, prior versions of the page may remain accessible via the Internet Archive's Wayback Machine. We encourage readers to consult those archives and evaluate the content for themselves.
