The Organizational Management Bachelor’s Degree program at Spring Arbor University is more than 41 hard earned hours, with a countdown of two years until completion.  This online offered degree is more than a piece of paper that states ‘Bachelor of Science.’  This program furnishes proficiency in a wide variation of management skills, while incorporating faith and integrity.

In many of my courses thus far, I have learned about organization behavior in great detail, focusing on individual motivation, productivity, and ways to achieve optimal employee gratification.  Organizational success and economic management have also been topics focusing on areas within an institution.  These developed areas have improved my knowledge and my understanding in human resource supervision, social relationships and motivational speculations.

Issues and concepts centralized from my peers have given me another outlook about other considerations focusing on a related topic; while we share our own perspectives on history, Biblical and behavioral excellence.

From classes such as business, economics, Christian faith, communication, management, children’s writing and organizational behavior, my knowledge has expanded since beginning my educational journey with Spring Arbor University.

Not only do I take a lot of knowledge from all of my professors, but I gain so much from my peers in the class.  Although I do my schooling one-hundred percent online, the requirements of interacting with the class is mandatory and many of us have been on this journey together since day one of the program.

The future of management is grey; however, with the knowledge I have acquired while continuing to keep a steady GPA of 3.6, I am excited to take what I have learned and earned and utilize my education both professional and personally.  There truly are no limits to education and if I could, I would remain a forever student.  The possibilities are endless when you put your mind to something and stick to it!
